Apple Juice Oat Muesli with fresh fruit

  • handful of oats
  • Apple juice
  • handful sunflower seeds
  • 1 Brazil nut chopped
  • handful raw almonds in skin
  • 3 or 4 spoons of plain live yoghurt
  • Fruit to top: strawberries, grapes, blueberries,

In a bowl mix oats and sunflower seeds. Pour apple juice on top until just covering oats. Cover with cling film and leave in fridge overnight. The following morning top with plain live yoghurt, nuts and fruit.
